Orders and status
Order status links are private to the recipient and should not be publicly shared unless intended.
Payments
Payment is handled through published payment methods. Orders may be cancelled or delayed for safety, stock, or operational constraints.
Text message updates
Rocklin Rolls provides transactional text message updates related to your food order and delivery status. Messages may include order status notifications such as “En Route” and “Delivered,” and may include a link to view order status on our website.
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number when placing an order and choosing to receive order status notifications related to that order.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Typically, you may receive up to 2 messages per order (for example: En Route and Delivered).

Opt-out and support
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us, unless you opt in again.
